Digital Product License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from Bee Touch Sky, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant
All digital products (including but not limited to templates, AI prompts, creative assets, tools, and bundles) are licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, Bee Touch Sky grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Permitted Use
You are allowed to:

Use the products for personal projects

Use the products for client work

Modify or customize the products for your own use or client projects
3. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or sharing the original files

Making the products available for download by third parties

Claiming the products as your own intellectual property

Using the products to create competing digital products for resale

Uploading the products to marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or public repositories
4. Modifications
You may modify the products for your own use or for client work. However:

Modified versions may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products

The original ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Bee Touch Sky
5. Intellectual Property
All products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bee Touch Sky.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bee Touch Sky shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the products.
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the products and delete any copies in your possession.
