π¦ Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. All products are delivered instantly.
How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files up to 5 times. If you need additional downloads, contact us and we'll help you out.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@beetouchsky.com with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your payment details.
π File Formats & Compatibility
What file formats are included?
Depending on the product, files may include Canva templates (shared via link), PDF, PNG, SVG, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, or Notion. Each product page lists the exact formats included.
Do I need a paid Canva account to use the templates?
Most templates work with a free Canva account. Some advanced elements may require Canva Pro. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
Can I use these templates for client work?
Yes! Our templates come with a commercial license for personal and client use. Please refer to our License Agreement for full details.
π Refunds & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
We don't offer exchanges, but if you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
π Licensing
Can I resell or redistribute Bee Touch Sky products?
No. Our products are for personal and client use only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming our products as your own is strictly prohibited. See our License Agreement for details.
